His last role saw him leading multi-state supply chain & ecommerce operations for one of Australia’s leading omni channel retailers. He also has a strong competitive background having played in, coached and managed high performance sports teams.
With a passion for developing leadership capability and team performance, he prides himself on his ability to grow talent and improve operations.
SCOTT
Has a wealth of experience leading operational and systems teams in the supply chain and ecommerce industries. He has a great balance of people leadership and technology based skills that saw him in the role of systems manager for WA’s largest automated ecommerce warehouse.
With an electrical engineering background and currently studying psychology, his technology skill set includes hardware design, application development, networking, web development, ERP software and cloud computing.

Maxine has spent the last 20+ years supporting teams in the recruitment, supply chain, trade and mining industries.
